fbb77's interface is currently available in both Bengali and English. To switch languages, look for a language icon or an "EN/BDT" toggle at the top right of the page — clicking it will instantly change the language. In the app, go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The change takes effect immediately with no page reload required. Most Bangladeshi members prefer the Bengali interface because all notifications, terms and conditions, and support messages are easier to read in Bengali. However, the in-game interface of certain titles may remain in the developer's language — in such cases, fbb77's outer menus will still appear in Bengali while the game window itself may display in a different language. If you encounter any language-related issues, please contact support.
fbb77 offers several responsible gaming tools that you can manage entirely on your own. Deposit Limit: Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, no deposits beyond that amount will be possible under any circumstances. Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in one session — you'll receive a warning when your time is up. Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Self-Exclusion: You also have the option to suspend your account temporarily — anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Lowering your limits takes effect immediately, but increasing them requires a 72-hour waiting period. To learn more, Responsible Play View the page.
The wagering requirement on an fbb77 bonus means you cannot withdraw the bonus funds directly — you must place a specified amount in bets before they become withdrawable. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets (1,000 × 10 = 10,000). Whether those bets are drawn from the bonus balance or your main wallet will be stated in the bonus terms. Some games count 100% toward wagering (slots), while others count partially (Live Casino at 50%, Sports Betting varies by case). Bonuses also have an expiry — you'll generally need to complete wagering within 7 to 30 days of claiming. Go to the bonus section in your account to see your current progress — how much you've wagered and how much is left. If anything is unclear, just ask support.
